- We review your lifestyle, especially dietary habits and sleep patterns
- We’ll formulate an eating guideline that is effective, yet simple to implement and maintainable long-term
- We regularly re-assess your progress
- We document all assessments, goals, and exercise history on our proprietary app, to which you have access at any time
