We are at the end of the year, and very often, in January of the New Year, people set resolutions, which often are about their weight, fitness and health.

We have strived to maintain the same prices for our Personal Training packages since 2019 (4 years), but in January 2023 we will need to increase our rates to match the substantial increase in operational costs incurred over these past 4 years. Package prices will increase between 10-12%.
The best way to save on your training fees in 2023 is to lock in on a 6- or 12-month personal training package before Christmas, so that you can continue to pay your monthly instalments at our old prices for the duration of your package in the coming year.
For example, if you opt for a 12-month package, you will continue to pay the current (2019) rate until December 2023. This way you can save up to €700 per year, depending on package.
That’s a huge saving!
Also, a 6-12 month package will allow you to make MASSIVE improvements in your weight, fitness, body-shape and health!
