In July we are launching a Weight-training coaching programme for beginners.
The programme is available both as a One-to-One programme (one trainer and one client) or as a ‘Buddy’ programme (two friends sharing one trainer).
The scope of the programme is to teach you a solid foundation, using mainly the basic compound lifts that give you the greatest benefit.
You will lean correct lifting technique, with the aim of preventing injury and allowing you to progress efficently, while working on progressing strength and developing muscle mass.
Training packages
The programme will run for approximately 3-months, and you have the option of having either 2 (24 pack) or 3 (36 pack) personal training sessions per week.
On-to-One Packages start from around €300 per month, while Buddy packages are available from around €170 per person per month.
We are also offering discounted rates for packages where training sessions are held between 11am and 4pm.
Sessions are availabe from 6am -9pm, subject to availability of trainers. All personal training sessions are strictly by appointment.
You also have a complimentary health club membership included, meaning you can use our membership gym upstairs, the indoor pool and sauna as often as you like.
Also included is free towel service, free water, and free parking.
What can you expect to achieve
Results vary from person to person, however clients typically achieve an increase in muscle weight by around 4-8kg in 3 months. How much you progress depends on how often you exercise, how much you push yourself, and how well you eat. Genetics also play a role, and some clients will just progress faster than others.
Nevertheless, you can definitely expect visible changes in musculature, more muscle tone, increased strength and an increased level of ‘feeling well’. After 3-months , you will also be experienced enough to continue training on your own in any gym you wish to work out in.
Nutrition guidance
Quality and quantity of food also plays a major role when it comes to building muscle. Our registered nutritionist and fitness expert, Richard Geres, will help you plan a simple, yet effective eating guideline that provides sufficient energy and nutrients to help your body build more muscle as a result of the stimulus you received from your strength training sessions.
Assessment
We assess all our clients for body composition, body measurements and strength or strength endurance. These measurements are tracked in our proprietary app, to which you will have direct access through your smartphone. We also record all training sessions including exercises done, sets, reps and weight used, and you will be able to view these through your smartphone connection.
