When you combine regular exercise with good eating habits, it shows on your body. It also keeps the invisible ‘inside’ functioning well. Blood sugar, cholesterol, blood pressure and other vital health markers are far more likely to remain within healthy levels if you are at a healthy weight and are fit. 

You also ‘feel’ better when you are fit. This results in better moods, higher performance at work, more energy, more libido and generally an increased feeling of wellness. You can also cope much better with stress when you exercise regularly. 

For the majority of people, regular exercise is the missing link to being able to feel at their best.

After all, less than 30% of the Maltese population meet the minimum weekly exercise recommendations.

It’s simple, but not that easy

In principle, it’s very simple to exercise regularly: Just put-on your trainers, and go out and walk, run or cycle. Or put-on a Youtube video and follow the workout. There are thousands of options available.

However, in reality, getting an exercise programme going and maintaining it, is much harder than we think. 

Somehow, other commitments always take preference leaving little to no time and energy for exercise.

The solution

The best way to get an exercise programme going is to commit.

In our case, you would commit by working with one of our coaches 2 or 3 times per week, by appointment.

Because your trainer is awaiting you, you’ll attend. And once at our studio, you won’t have to think about what you should or shouldn’t do in the gym… your coach will take care of that. This system really works, and we’ve been applying it successfully for over 12 years.
