Small Group Personal Training
These are small groups of 3-4 people max. supervised by a personal trainer. The groups are small enough to ensure your trainer can properly supervise you, but are considerably cheaper than One-to-One training.
Sessions are held at our training facility at the Corinthia Hotel St. George’s Bay, St. Julians. Optionally, we can also provide group training ONLINE (through Zoom) if requested.
These are the available time slots:
- Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 6am
- Monday & Thursday at 7am
- Monday, Wednesday, Friday at 9am
- Tuesday & Thursday 4pm
- Tuesday & Thursday 5pm
Package options for 3-months:
- 2 sessions per week (24 pack) : €354 (or 3 payments of €118)
- 3 sessions per week (36 pack) : €531 (or 3 payments of €177)
We need at least 3 participants in a group to get it started.
If your goal is weight-loss, you can combine the training with our 3-month nutrition coaching package for an extra €90. You’ll get a personalised eating plan that suits your lifestyle and eating preferences, and 6 follow-up appointments held every 2 weeks over a 3-month period. Even more importantly, we’ll teach you some essential behaviour change habits, which, if mastered, will help you to maintain your weight-loss long-term. After all, it’s not how much weight you lose that counts, it’s how much you can keep off in the long run.
Operating as a small personal training studio (and not like a commercial gym with lots of members) we take our safety measures very seriously and make sure to wipe down all the equiment after each use. We also never have more than a few clients at a time in the gym and keep ample space between them during their workouts. Since your safety is of utmost important to us, we operate in a way to keep you as safe as possible.
