Small Group Personal Training is a cost-effective alternative to One-to-One Personal training. It allows you to still work under full supervision of a fitness professional, but at a fraction of the price of a One-to-One programme. We keep our groups small, usually between 3-5 people max, to make sure your trainer can still focus on you and coach you effectively through the session.

Packages start from as little as €118/month , with a minimum 3-month commitment. We need that time to get you the results you seek! Our packages offer you the possibility to attend 2 times, 3 times or even 4 times per week.
We currently have some available places in the following time slots:
- Monday, Wednesday, Friday at 6am
- Monday, Friday at 7am
- Tuesday, Thursday at 8am
- Tuesday, Thursday at 10am
- Monday, Wednesday at 5pm
- Tuesday, Thursday at 6pm (men’s group)
- Wednesday and Friday at 7pm
- Tuesday, Thursday at 8pm
All training sessions are held at our facility at the Corinthia Hotel St. George’s Bay, St. Julians.
